pucho: What Stock Title? Sorry man I race Touring Cars to relax, 12th scale is what I really care about, and I think Mo's gonna bring that home! Of course, I'd watch out for him in Stock TC as well. Technically, if he wins Stock TC the national title goes back to Florida too, because that's where Schumacher USA is located.

Well stock 1/12 would have come here but Alex desided not to run it. In stock touring it's his turn he had been soo close in the past and he is really looking good with the Xray.

pucho: Don't count on it, If not for one unfortunate "incident" in Minnesota, Mo would have been the 12th stock carpet Nat'l Champ rather than Alex. So even if he had run 12th scale it was FAR from a given.

Oh well, I'm bummed I can't be back there right now to "defend my title"... but oh well. Work beckons. Good luck to everyone back east right now... I'm sure it'll be a good race even without me there

Morning, 3:56AM in the morning (our time) heading to the track now...blood shot eyes, lack of sleep...

Cars looking good, track is good (not 29 turns but around 19)

Now that I found a computer in the hotel, I'll try to log on a little bit every day

Brian: Bummer you couldn't make it. I'm sittin' at work right now wishing I was in NC. Too broke to show. Mo's been looking pretty dangerous lately, he may come home with a title.

Why didn't I go? I went with Losi to help out at the gas nats in OKC just a couple weeks ago and didn't really feel comfortable with taking two weeks off of work a month Besides, I could use the $$ from work.

Regardless... according to some people, even if I won again "it wouldn't matter because all the socal guys wouldn't be there."

*shrug*

Besides, I've been running quite a bit of modified lately... time for a change from the stock classes.

Good news!

It looks like we'll be able to get the entire "heat sheet" after each day's rounds, or so we hope. By tonight we should have the full data for all of the practice rounds.

Round 1 is about 3/4 done right now, with another round to follow. I haven't gotten any real data yet, I'll let you all know as soon as I have some.

edit: Guess I was wrong -- they are running an older version of Autoscore for Windows that won't dump the data out to a text file. Dang it.
