<---having done a minimal job of reading this thread, is convinced he's going to accidentally bring the wrong stuff to the race, but is coming anyway.

<----- seriously doubt it!

Bob - if you are running stock - 27T brushed or 17.5 brushless.

Super Stock more your game? 19T brushed or down to a 10.5 brushless.

Modified? well, that's an open game...

regardless.... rules haven't changed... check the ROAR motor approval lists. If your choice is there, your good to go.. if its not.. .well, we have a problem...

Yep.... we have documentation of proof of purchase and availability to retail outlets. I'll bet your LHS and distributors will have part numbers and ordering access by the weekend.

Ok, David has been emailed... hopefully this can get all squared away

Mostly because I got tired of reading all the motors to find what I wanted...LOL

If the description has changed, please send an email to David Lee, [email protected] , so we can make that change if applicable and per the rules. (Or have Bob send it.)

Thanks for the heads up....

At the risk of showing what a complete noob I am when it comes to rug races, I must ask the following question.

What width will pass tech, for foam sedan tires? I have Jaco PP on Prizm's and they all measure about 29.3 mm wide. Do most people true them down in width? If so what width, 26mm, 28mm?

Help a rug noob would ya?!?

So, does the motor have to be approved two weeks prior to the event, or be available two weeks prior? Or did I make up the two weeks thing?

Is the Novak 13mm Sintered Tuning Rotor going to be legal for the 13.5 Rubber TC class at the Carpet Nats?

According to the 13.5T superstock rules the rotor has to be within 12.20mm-12.51mm so I would imagine the 13mm rotor will not be legal for the 13.5 class.

Makes sense then...I had not noticed that rule. Many thanks.

12.4.1 Only ROAR-approved electric motors, batteries and bodies may be used in National Championship events. Motors, batteries, and bodies must have been listed on
www.roarracing.com fourteen (14) days prior to the event to be eligible for use.

I guess the wording of that rule has changed since the xxx-s oneway incident.
