Hey Guys,

Graphite is in and we've been a cuttin!! Tommorow, we will be caught up on PHI kit orders as we've had a bunch of other 1/12 stuff to get out the last few days. Once we get the PHI kits done tommorow then I have some oval stuff to crank out. After that, the PHI Lipo kits will be started. I'll post pics, info and pricing hopefully Friday if all goes as planned.

Thanks!!

Butter - I get there tonight.... Only 3 more hours till I leave for the airport... Hmm, guess I should stop cutting graphite and pack up!!!...lol...

Still Bill - A few hours here and there...lol....

MAD916 - I e-mailed you.

Everyone who ordered kits - They are all out the door and on their way. We will have extras down at the Birds. Unfortunetly, I didn't have time to finish the Lipo kits but I was concerned about the fit. I have a test chassis that I am taking to the Birds just to check the fit in a car so I'll get to work on production as soon as I return.

If you are looking for a PHI regular or Lipo chassis and/or kit just drop me an e-mail and I'll get them taken care of as soon as I return from the race!

Default lipo chassis

Josh are you ready to start making the lipo chassis yet? What lipo packs are you going to make fit? Right now I believe the Orion 3600 is the biggest that will fit. Any way to make a 5000 Mah lipo work?

Thanks Fred

Josh,

I have Orion 3600s in my Phi cars now with 6 oz on the outside the #1-3 cells and 1-1/2 oz in front of my Futaba 9550 servo...Nicely balanced side-to-side and front-to-rear (with motor/ESC/servo balanced to weight on battery side). Had to dremel down the underside of the nut insert at the right back of the topdeck to fit the 3600.

But, I do believe that some lipos 4800-5000s have the edge over the 3600.

Anyway you go...I'm interested; but, I run rubber...

Bill

Everyone - I am working on the Lipo PHI chassis and kits. I have a few more things to double check and then I'll be ready to release some pics and start taking pre-orders. Hopefully, I can finish up some of these instructions tommorow and finish up the details on the lipo stuff.
