run Mabuchi SportTuneds (black can) to remove the voodoo associated with silvercans. or run hobbywing. ty

the honda is 210mm. I've run it for a few years on my M03 and now on my M05.

I know! But I'm building up a Mini body and the Union Jack belongs on the roof. Dutch or not... :-)

Julius, interesting, that's an M03. Bring your mini should you be back in town for nitro. 2010 is a revival of mini and nitro racing in JP Raceway.

the whole point of those motors - they are not supposed to be opened for servicing...most your supposed to be able to do is clean the comm a little bit

if you really had to open it - you'd need to pry the tabs open, but if you did that good luck getting them to close again

Yes I read about that in the phillipene racers threads. Unfortunately I race with one of the "banned" products for the JP track. Too bad things wnet sour that way.
