it drove like mini with 4wd transmission without shaft in the middle you have to fit both 20t pinion and same motor........... m04 chassis used 21t pinion, i have to mill the motor hole a little bit so it can fit 20t pinion. it will be heavier with dual motor

Who'da thunk it... Finally someone releases an alternate body for the M03M. Yes Folks, this sucker measures in at 225mm wheelbase. Bye Bye Swift, Hello Speedway Pal CTR (for that is what it's called).

Looks like some Honda-based thing at a guess.

Can't say it excites me, but at least it isn't a Swift!

Yup, CTR = Civic Type R. This model is the EP series of civic. Looks like it will fit a M03?

I think 6.6v batteries would require a whole new generation of motors and speed controllers to be competitive. With current hardware 6.6v isn't going to give you the juice you need to go fast.

Kind of a shame though. Those things have a VERY fast charge time.

You would have thunk A123 would come up with RC specific cells and/or packs to address the voltage issue...if they did they would cell a ton of batteries but right now I don't understand the point of being in the RC market with the WRONG VOLTAGE, really what's the point???? They did address the size issue though it seems.

I personally like the Honda Fit better, seems like its more of a mini then the CTR.... Buts that's just my opinion.
