Good Point Edwin, hadn't worked out the weird naming system. But now it's obvious.
SK-LA now becomes SuzuKi LApin

AL-C8 is ALfa Romeo C8

SK-CA is SuzuKi CArry

Would have been easier if I'd know the real cars in the first place but some of those baby Jap cars are very foreign to us.

Do any of you guys know of any sources other than RC Mart or Harris RC where one could buy the Team Powers pre-mounted tires?

Just looking for new sources, and can't seem to find anyone else who carries this stuff.

Here's another one for you Tony!

The plate you are using instead of the rear bumper on the M03M
buildup is that TCS legal?

I could'nt find one on a mini on Tamiya's website.

It should be part#4315055 from Tamiya.

Thanks, Starteur

It's a standard part on an M03R kit...and therefore 100% legal.

Question for you guys. I've had my mini only for 9 months but right now, it won't drive in a straight line. It seemingly turns fine, but going down the straight, no matter how I trim, it won't go straight. As soon as it picks up speed, if I overcorrect too much, it fishtails and, well...disasters happen.

I'm aware of "Tamiya slop," but the car didn't do this before. There is a bit of play in the suspension and hub carriers, but nothing out of the ordinary in my experience. The only other thing I can think of is a problem with the servo, but that is a fairly new unit as well (KO Propo).

Any ideas?

Thank you Tony,

The only car I did'nt check is the M03R, 'cause I am not a big fan
of bling-bling.

Thanks again, you're the man!

Over time the Tamiya servo saver develops more and more slop, to the point where it just won't track straight and the problem is only magnified if you're running on a bumpy surface too.

Can be any one of a lot of things..
1 - Just worn out (as Skitee says)
2 - Servo saver moving on the splines
3 - Servo faulty
4 - worn ballends on steering links
5 - Balljoint on steering knuckle not tight
6 - Outdrive from diff moving out under power and the cars only getting 1 wheel drive

There, that's enough to start with
