That charger isn't bad at all and will last you quite some time.

Hey all,
Just looking for a nice safe setup as a start point for an 04 ( Alfa) on carpet - NOT Ozite though.

I got my 03 running nice, so, of course for a challenge thought I'd try rear wheel drive !
Does anyone make anti roll bars? do I even need em?
thanks

Stu

Just for everyones amusement... We even take each other out!

This is myself (in the air) and Tony P (the Taxi with some serious r/hand front toe-in) proving that we even hack each other...

hi guys,

just how many of you guys have the hobbywing/tek model bl systems?

i know the13t,12t,10t, 9t/4300kv,

just wondering at does the KV means? like novak ss5800= 5800 kv.

assuming 9t=4300kv, than 5800kv its about 7t? than 23t = ?kv ?

all comment are welcome, thanks

You cannot relate the kV rating to the number of turns. To start with the Hobbywing motors are actually 380 size motors so it is not easy to relate the kV rating to a 540 motor

Tamiya used to make one (i have a rear set, and most parts for the front) You can modify and make one easily enough. Check tech racing etc from Japan, mainly off ebay and see if they have one??? I might contact RC Champ too, if you go this route, call me, and we can put an order together and save on shipping! lol

To be honest stu, the 04 doesnt need sway bars. I have run mine since i got it, they handle awesome out of the box

Stu thats easy, Softest springs in the back, hard ones in the front, no toe, 2 deg toe in back, no sway bars, soft soft tires in the back with med hard inserts, and hard as you like tires in the front. I found a set of OLD HPI radials, and used them at Karz. By just adjusting the tire sauce, you could drive the car awesome Get used to doing some big swinging arcs in your corners! Its so much fun keeping up the corner speed with the 04, and catch right onto the rear of the 03's coming out, its so much fun, with the different driving styles. I much much prefer the 04

That is a Kv chart for the proper 540 size motors and cannot relate it to the kV rating of the sensorless motors used in the Mini combos

Will those new Orion 3400mAh (25C) and 3800mAh (30C) fit on M03?
