Ey sup, didn't know you were there. Yeah it was great. Over 45 racers joined. But I didn't run the last heats I couldn't see the car anymore its a bit dark at JP track at night. With all the bumping and crashing going on I pulled out. Didn't even join the 23 turn touring coz during the practice runs in the morning my TAO5 got mauled by other cars.
How was your finish? Were you in the top A group?

Thats a tough one. I was thinking about doing the Reedy Race this year. I dont get to travel very much as when ever there is a big race all the fast people in the office get to go but the boss has to stay...lol!

I hear the TCS regional at Tamiya America this year may be a 2 day event due to the number of entries last year (200+ I think)

come to the left coast...big party!

If you guys need shims to tighten up the suspension on your Mini's Take Off makes a 4mm i.d. titanium shim kit. They are great for getting the slop out of the upper camber links. I used motor shims fo my lower suspension arms.

You get:

10 - 0.1mm shims
10 - 0.2mm shims
10 - 0.3mm shims

TT303 for $5.99

They also make Magnesium clamping Wheel hexes that fit the Mini.

TM002 4pk for $29.99

Thanks for the heads-up on the Take-Off parts Adrian. I'll have to order a shim kit for sure.

M01/02 mounts are 21mm long, M03 are 23. Not a lot in it and I think they'd certainly go close enough to work.

Cant imagine why they'd be so hard to find? There are at about 4 sets rattling around in my pitbox now!
