Sorry guys..but that one is actually MINE!! It lives at my house and if anyone so much as looks at it I get nervous...

I was worth every cent that I paid for it. Yep..$200 USD for just the chassis parts.

But my god its awesome..... I wont ever be parting with that one.

And it proves how commited I am to Minis!

I just got one. However, my girlfriend is currently painting it pink but since I got it for her I guess its ok. I don't have an esc yet. Any ideas? Just something for my gf so nothing good is ok.

edit

BTW are the shocks as poor as I supect. I reckon I should upgrade to the oil dampers right?

I think that is part of the fun as far as playing with the 04. Usually most guys I have seen have both, the 04 is the harderone to setup. If you get it running well usually it is the better one. . . from what people have said.

Well I guess I got screwed out of a clear one on the bay. Somebody had one "buy it now" for $80 and I thought that was to high, considering they said that they are making more of them as a special edition. Also saw a TL-01 clear go for $68 on there like aweek later, so I figured it must be true of them coming out with special edition chassis. Who knew.

Hey Jeff, did you ever find a front sway kit for a M04? Let me know and I'll send it to you unless MM sent you a set. Later.

99.9% of the clear ones advertised on ebay are cheap asian knock-offs... Beware.
Unless it comes with a legit Tamiya header card it aint Tamiya. And Tamiya havent done any clear chassis sets for about 3 years, the TL01 was the last one.

These were Tamiya with the bag and header. Still really neat chassis's and if they were cheap enough, you could dye them different colors.

Hey guys, have any of you tried to fit the HPI bodies on the M03? Mainly the Civic and VW Concept.

Civic is 225 mm and will fit on the M03M. VW concept is 210 and fits SWB Minis. Both are damn good shells.
