+1 on that, nothing but mess to clean up.

How do you build the diff with putty ?
Do you have to stuff it like a turkey ?

A very simple way to build the standard gear diff so that it works a bit better.

Behind the big internal gears you normally put one large washer. Simply add an extra one to each side. Put a little bit of AW grease on the gears as well and screw the diff together. As you screw down the diff will get tighter. This worked very well for me a few years ago at the TITC event in Thailand. An easy answer for those using the M03

And for those who needed a Xmas gift for their MWB car.. Team Titan have answered the call with a brand new Golf GTi shell.

We'll leave it up to you to decide whether it looks any good or not..

Looks like I've got another option for my Xevo. That's not a bad thing.

Tony

Hopfully we ban the wings. They are getting ridiculous. We may as well run Mini TC shells

Make no mistake Gents, I'm no big fan of that car (or the C30 that they make).

The wings dont work anyway, but the whole car is just a blobby shape. It's NOT Mini! Hee hee

Your current SWB bodyshell just not weird enough? Check out these latest releases from Spice, guaranteed to be the only one at your club...

3mm. Try Speedtech as a source. They stock the ones from R1 Wurks. Been using these for awhile now with no problems. Acer racing is also another good source.

The reinforced gear set IS the standard gear set now. Same ratio, but much improved over the old white gears, especially if you're as crashy as me.

the mrs got me some goodies for my mo3 for xmas, tamiya "low friction" shocks and tamiya alloy knuckles, i installed them last night.

i'll give it a try tonight on the carpeted oval. it will also be the first run with my new abc genetic.

i've raced offroad for 20 years, never gave onroad a shot, but this mini racing is a blast!

One small question,

With the oil diff, what weight are you using?
