yeah, i know it won't be leagal, i want it for the track and just to show off. The fun part about projects like that is that you have stuff to do to them for years. I'm actually thinking of putting the fuel cell in the engine compartment and having the transmission a direct-drive to the rear axle .

Anyone know how to convert the suspension screws to hex like the picture? Part numbers?

Hotrod,

You may have to use a shortened drive shaft or else the motor would end up in the cockpit. Anyways best of luck with the project.

BTW, I did find some info on the motor breakin.... water dip method. Ran it for 2.5 hrs. I was a bit hesitant at first because I was taught that one should never mix water with electricity. Additionally water corrodes metal. LOL. Anyways, sees to have worked fine. Motor is really kicking... I have not installed it yet but will do so and give it a run at the track this weekend.

I'm gonna use a direct-drive (trans. to axle) to conserve space.

For the water dip, can i do that with my used mini motor?

what would be the best ballstuds to use with the cva super mini shocks?

X2.... I would also like to know. i have used some of the Tobee alloy upper links, and they have some bushings and spacers for the mounting, but i didnt see any way to use them with the stock (tcs legal!) links....

I think using the flanged tubes found normal under the c-hubs of Tourer with ti screws will do the job.

Could someone kindly give me their set up for a M03L setup for a bumpy tracy conditions for our Canadian TCS race next weekend. Also any other set ups for various conditions.

the sway bar kits have the flanged tubes, ive converted mine and no more loose screws,just a reliability mod ,no increased performance ,just less maintanence

Those have not been release from Tamiya yet, I think Square makes them.
