Default Brushless Motor Connections

A while ago I was thumbing through the pages of a magazine and saw these gold posts that get soldered into the wire mounting holes on a brushless motor. These posts had a step on it (like on some speed controls) that you solder the speed control wires to which makes connections easier and quicker.

Does anyone know what these might be and where to get them?

Speedpassion make some. Schumacher USA in the NA distributor. You might be able to pick them up from Nexus racing.
