Default Orion Vortex & Peak Racing Vantage

Would like to know are they the same?

I tried the Orion Vortex 13.5 and the gear ratio of 5.0 seems to be good (for touring car, carpet track), would appreciate if anyone can tell me what's the ideal gear raio for running the Peak Vantage 10.5.

Thanks in advance!

The motors are identical, yes. I'll have to yield to someone with more TC expirience on the gearing question though.

For the 10.5 try to get in the 4.86fdr range with about 1mm advance timing.
