Best NiMh 4600/4500??????????

I am looking to buy some new race packs for this season, and was wondering which would be the best packs? I have heard that the Team High Velocity packs provide a high voltage. Team Brood packs are suposidly really good though too. Any thoughts on who makes the best NiMh 4600 or 4500?????

Best battery on the market as of today is the Ener-G 4600 from ProMatch!!!!

Not sure about 4600, but have been using the Much-More Racing 4500's are very good.

Slingshot Matched Batteries

Try the Slingshot 4500 'Factory' Batteries, excellent run time and great voltage.

The new IB4600s are looking very good right now. :) Not too sure about the others...

Oh boy... Ener-G, IB, EP, E-Power.... Where will it end.

Personally, I am very happy with the EP cells. Sounds like the Ener-G cells are well liked. The New IB 4600s should be good but time will tell the reliability tale - same with the Ener-G cells.

Every battery is claimed to be the best when it comes out. All of the supporters of company X will say their batteries are the best, A battery will win the big race and everybody will go buy that thinking that they will win too - it helps if 80% of the top drivers are being sponsored by that battery. :) It can be hard to sort the hype from the reality when there are so many people that are loyal (financially/sponsorship/selling) to a company and will tout their products all over the net.

ALL of the new cells are pushing the limits of capacity vs cell size.

Also, remember that cell manufacturers are different from the matchers. 5 matchers can all be selling the same cell so theoretically they shuold be just as good if the matcher did their job right.

Finally, the more drivers a company sponsores the more of the best cells that are not available for you to buy.

Sorry if I ruffled any feathers. :)

GP3700, ahhh those were the days. I spent about $160 on IB 4200's and I didn't even get one run out of them. All of them were dead cells. I have $160 worth of freakin paper weights!:flaming::mad::flaming::mad::flaming::mad:

IB 4600 have the most punch. now re-designed.
Ener G 4600 , Grepow4600 , EP4600 and E-power 4500 are really good cells.

All these cells have to be maintained to manufactures specs.

First and foremost. If you are not sure if it's charged don't attach it to your charger... number #1 in the list of exploting cells.

2- new cells can not be charged with same settings as your old cells. cells with time increase resistance. take new cells and charge them with old settings POW... lost pack.

any questions please im me. I've been testing most of these cells.
