I was thinking the same thing.....Thats why I put the servo on the opposite side. I gave the wires an extra inch so they clear the belt by far.

Someone needs to make a lexan belt protector....

making left turns, you will have considerable more roll.

I love the sealed gear diffs. Screw ball diffs. I have a set of Wiha hex drivers and the little 1.5mm fit really tight. got all the screws torqued in seconds without issue.

A picture with your post, when trouble shooting, will probably get more rctech help than without...

For those who are looking for an editable setup sheet, have a look to this page.

Quality document is not at his best as the original document was in low definition. If you have better, feel free to provide.

Curious since some time has passed what your setup is for carpet now? Are you running IFS or vertical shock mount? We run on a tight, technical track - 40'x40' I believe...

Stock width with Sweep 32s. 2 deg. camber all around 5mm ride height, 2mm over ride height droop. Stock wheelbase.

Misc: Stock plastics, chassis milled beneath motor for cooling. PF Speed 6, SXT traction compound, full rear 90%ish front.

No sway bars, but I would have them on if I had them at the time. Next Wednesday is our next carpet night and I will update then.... The car is 90% there, just needs fine tuning.

I'll be starting with a 99/43 (64p gears) 540J combo for tomorrow night, that puts it at a 4.99 FDR, First time running the car, stoked to finally get it on the track.
