I love how so many armchair engineers here can tell just by looking how heavy it is, how well it will handle and how good of a race car it will be—just by looking at it. I'm thoroughly impressed at the level of skill and experience shown in just a glance at a photo.

I'm also betting that every time a company releases a car that looks like an Xray, you're also the first people to post, "It looks like everything else out there already!"

I love the outside-the-box thinking, as usual, by Tamiya. I don't care what anyone thinks it weighs by looking at the photo, I'm interested in getting one, for sure. I love my JRXS Type Rs and this pushes those ideas to the next level. I can't wait to see more of it.

Creative thinking, me like it.
Will I get a TA06?

i think the center brace that bridges over the motor is narrow enough at the battery side... look at the pics again... you can actually see 'carbon print' on the hardcase LiPo where bullets would normally be..

just guessing from the pics...

In this day and age, I see phillips heads.
Why Tamiya, why.
I'll still get one though. Might have to ask RC champ for those screws.

i see it... but i'm thinking if it ever square lipos fit, not all might be compatible as the spacing of the inboard tubes varies between the different brands... i.e. the Reedy packs have the tubes further from the edge compared to my Silverback/SMC packs... but only time will tell i guess. just speculating based on what i see on the pics. (fingers crossed that they do fit)

Looking through the scan, the MSRP for the standard kit is 26800yen, due out in July. The pro version is 29800yen. with the crappy yen rate, might be a little expensive...
