If you use diff oil thinner than 3K, it will leak. One suggestion is using 3k or 4k but not filling it all the way. It is more free but thick enough not to leak. A sure thing is installing a Ball Diff though IMO.

New from Kawada is this carbon fibre battery plate for the Tamiya TA-06. Cut from CF the part is a replacement for the stock plastic door and constructed to not only let more cooling air flow around the battery but also to stiffen-up the chassis a bit for a more precise steering feeling. When using the battery plate the LiPo pack is best secured by a strap of fibre reinforced tape.
