I personally prefer the TA06 PRO for indoor carpet and the TA05R for outdoor tracks.
Allthough my both cars handle pretty much the same i still have my preferences about each one of these cars.
It all comes down to your own preferences about each car.

Here's what I have been running in our USGT (21.5) class.

Front toe out 1 degree
Rear toe in 2.5 degrees
4mm of droop front and rear
I added 1mm spacers under the rear upper arms where they mount to the chassis. No spacers under the front upper arms.
Blue springs in front and yellow in the rear.
Shock oil: 50w in front, 40w in the rear.

I finally had a chance to run a new to me TA06 with IFS last night. Is it normal for this car to carry the inside front tire through high speed corners? I am still using the previous owners setup. All I did was put it on my setup station and take notes of where he has on the car.

On my previous cars, Cyclone TC & TCX, I ran 2mm droop.

Because with the steering on the left:

1. It is an admission that they drive on the wrong side of the road AND the steering should be on the left side of the car.

2. That if you race on an "anticlockwise" proper road racing circuit, your steering would not be on the inside of the car on the majority of the turns where someone could "T-bone" it.

Here are my fresh painted body's. The blue one is mine and is mounted on a TA06PRO.
The red one is for my little girl and is mounted on a TA05R.

Default TRF shocks mini vs regular

I have a TA06 Pro with the TRF black mini shocks. I run outdoors on rather bumpy track. Doses anyone have a problem with the mini shocks on a bumpy track? Does anyone use the regular length shocks?

Are you running the optional shorter shock towers?

I am using the kit shock towers. I am wondering is it worth the investment of buying the optional regular (not mini) shocks and possibly the optional graphite shock towers for the regular length shocks.

What shocks are you running now? Also are you running the front with the ifs set up or standard shock set up. Personally I want to try the new shorter graphite shock towers with mini shocks.
