Hey R-sector, I just bought a RS6 conversion kit now even though I haven't bought my Ta06 Pro yet, it looked too awesome too miss! I love the way the battery door opens up, very innovative.

EDIT: the problem with the double ordering is fixed

BTW what suspension block would you guys recommend to have?

I am having a hard time understanding the instruction on how they change toe.
Apparently the stock M6 and M5 pieces can give you either 1.5 or 2.5 toe in when paired with the stock 1D block?

What do they mean by " Rear axle (0deg) + Suspension Mount (2.5) ??

the only thing that I can think of is that when the M6 and M5 are set to 1xa /1xa they take away 1.0deg from the value of the suspension mount?

for example if you set the car to 1xa/1xa + 1D they you will have 2.5deg toe. However, if you keep the 1D and flip the 1xa/1xa so that you end up with 1A/1A + 1D you will have 1.0deg of toe-in... is this correct? or how wrong am I?
Do all of these pivot blocks come in aluminum? If not which do, also please let me know the part number and where I can find them. Been searching and cant find anything
I found out that these are called "suspension mounts" I found some on ebay...
Are all the smaller parts(F-XD) described on page 62 of this thread come in the M parts tree, is there even an M parts tree I cant seem to find it?

It says suspension mount on the top there, DUH. Well i guess the last question I have about the suspension mount aspect is are there even small pieces or is it just one mount on each side consiting of 4 total F/R or is it 6 total mounts with 4 small and two big?
ANSWERED

I also need to switch out the rear/front dogbones on my TA06 and im not sure what size I am suppose to get, I want to get CVD/CVA/Universal set. I have seen from 42-46mm. I was told the length should be 46mm is that true, will 42mm work, what will happen if I use 42mm what adjustments would I have to make?
I have the car set up for 50/50 drifting but will be upgrading to CS at some point but would also like to be able to use it for touring as well. Please would someone recommend an option for this and where I may be able to find?

What about low friction belts, i saw a set of Kawada on BanzaiHobby but they are on back order, anyone else know where I can order the combo or individual, does not have to be Kawada just low friction. Could I use any belt or like gears are the teeth spaced a certain distance, what size is the front belt, I know rear is 453mm.

Sorry for all the questions but im new and researching this stuff seems to be like finding a needle in a haystack since the car is foregin.

Thank You

Sweet, looks like the split suspension mounts are aluminum too. Thanks for the info.

Question regarding this since i have my TA06 in hand. Mine was bought used, the setup that is installed in back is A/XA XA/A with a 1D block, what toe is that 2.5mm toe in?
Conversly my front is setup XA/A A/XA with a 1A block, what to is this 1.0mm toe in or does it mean no toe at all? I ask this cause im not sure how the 1A in this case is relevant to XA OR A or how 1D, 1E etc...

How bout this, I have a 1A block and a 1D block.
When im looking at that chart there really is no 1A on the chart, there is no 1D, what or which one is 1A????? is 1A = A or is 1A = XA??????

I get 1A and 1D are outside blocks since they do not sit closer in on the chassis but like I mentioned is 1A = A or is 1A = XA. If I can figure out why the 1 is infront then Im confident I can figure out the rest.

Edit: Actually Im confident that 1A=XA in the case of the stock plastic part, can anyone confirm? But why name it 1A then name your aluminum parts with a "1" convention? I noticed exotec didnt make it complicated like that with their blocks.

use either 46mm or 44mm... when using the 44mm, you might need to change to a very narrow set-up with your suspension blocks. i run 1XA-1D at the rear and my 44mm shafts are a few tenths from the edge... a bad enough bump and they'll probably pop out of the diff cups...

The replys are appreciated.

I am a bit confused with something completly different.

I bought a SQUARE STA-337F(front upper bulkhead in aluminum), my question is can I use this with a shock tower or is it only designed for the IFS system?

Answer is on page 20 of manual.

Thanks
