Losi Xcelorin 1/10 ESC

Is anyone here using this ESC? I would like to try as it is very cheap. I'd like to use it with an Orion 4800 Li-Po and an Orion Vortex 6,5 in a B4.

I dont much about them other than what I have read. I think that I would pony up and get the real deal esc (LRP, Novak, maybe Tekin or mamba if you want sensorless) thats my opinion. I dont care for sensorless though. But it sounds as though you have good equipment, so I wouldnt skimp on the esc

I have seen it in action and its super fast and not getting hot. We have several Team Losi factory guys running it and its impressive.

Thank you, maybe I can try it then. I just want to try a non-LRP and non-Novak ESC, like the Losi or Speed Passion.

Kinda looks exactly like a Traxxas Velineon system to me, not that thats a bad thing

are you talking about the sensored system or the sensorless one these guys are?

yes it can you might have to remove the fan though in my 12 scale i took the fan and heatsink off and made a flat plate to cover it back up hope this helps

Locals here in Canada have good experiences with the sensored one running stock motors in 30 degrees celsius without even needng the fan. I'll be getting one once I start racing electric buggys.
