plus, the old saying of 'it ain't broke, no need to fix' applies here as well - new bodies nonwithstanding

Chassis: 3racing Sakura Zero S
Body: ProtoForm J71 (Javelin)

If it matters, I ran the Havok/SS Pro combo geared at 3.7 FDR. I think everyone else had a Ballistic with the timing at the last line and geared 4.0 FDR. I found 3.7 with the SS Pro to be a pretty close match on the straight, and didn't lose enough low-end to really notice.
Thank you! I am mostly curious because we started with alot of guys and they lost to guys running gtb2 so they all want to switch but can't afford and as a result don't run

I had heard that Dave was at a 3.1 with no timing. Maybe someone else can confirm

My wish list includes a GTO, Buick GSX, or Chevelle body, from any manufacturer. Nice to be able to buy something from McAllister that's not oval related, kudos.

What gets me about this is that when i tested the GTB2, I had a Cirtix in my car. I ran with the Cirtix, then between batteries switched speedos, and proceeded to do the same lap times.

What is even crazier is that I had a SpeedPassion team driver tell me at the Vegas warm up in Cleveland that he thought the Cirtix was faster than his GT 2.1 in blinky mode 17.5.

I'm telling you guys it's all corner speed.

Seems to be holding true for every blinky touring car chassis class.

If any of you know someone interested in getting into VTA with little work my Corally VTA is up for sale on ebay. All someone needs to add is a transmitter and receiver.

I totally agree and have been saying that to them: it's the way I take the sweeper BEFORE the straight........

Hoping they will read these results and I will talk about them and help people know you can run any legal stuff and do well
