As far as the car, that was NEVER under consideration. If you can run a $500 Tamiya or Xray, what's the point?

R/CAR offers a huge facility that supports our carpet racing year round.Our track is 96'x40' CRC ozite with AMB scoring supported by RC Scoring Pro software.The drivers stand is 60' long with wheel chair access from both ends.The pit area has room for over 100 racers with plenty of room & electric.
Our facility also houses Pennington's Hobby Shop right next to the track for all your racing/hobby needs.
We also have a full menu Cafe/Diner with great food at reasonable prices and also has a big screen TV and a separate television with a Playstation2 for the kids.
We're very proud to offer a World Class facility and hope you all can come out and enjoy it.

Outlawing them makes sense because you don't need them. Steel bearings are maintenance free as well. I'm just avoiding 4 pages of crying over something that is not a big deal anyway.

A small tip for the out of towners. If you own a TC3 or any Tamiya car, STOCK UP ahead of time! TC4 parts are available but not everything is available. If anything, call the track before you head out to see what they currently have for the chassis you own.

I've been to R/Car recently for the Midwest Hurricane Series event and had an absolute blast at this facility. Even though my racing experience was undesirable it was still fun. The food is very reasonable and good! A lot of people were raving over the bread sticks
A small tip for the out of towners. If you own a TC3 or any Tamiya car, STOCK UP ahead of time! TC4 parts are available but not everything is available. If anything, call the track before you head out to see what they currently have for the chassis you own.
