Thanks for the pointers. If the other "juniors" make it to the track consistantly, I'd like to do that for my 11 year old. He's very intimidated by the adults. Normally he's pretty quick when he runs his line in practice, but he gets too agressive with trying to catch the guy in front of him in the heat races. He needs more practical racing experience to get over this and I need to be able to work on setup instead of repairs between heats.
I hate it when they get like that. (About the bat shell) Im not in any of the pics that you posted, as far as I can see.
I hate that PT is gone and it looks like they really are gone now. Since I dont have a hobby shop Im not going to say how I could have done it better. Maybe I would have folded too. It happens to too many shops/Tracks.

ps..you still have your stuff?

Hey guys I need some set up help. I am running a TC5 with the ITF chassis and upper deck. It seems really hard to get the car to be consistant with the vintage tires. Help! I am going to try the stock rubber tire set up this weekend and see what it does. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have been using gorilla tape all year i think it works better than shoe-goo cost less. have ran only one body this year in vta (cuda) looks pretty bad but is not broken i have hit everything, been upside down and backwards.i run this stuff in all my kids car bodys last a lot longer. we run 6 cars have not lost any bodys. if you do get a rip put a little tape on it from the inside and it's good as new. it is a little heavy but not alot heavier than shoe-goo and tape.

With that said Nick's TC5 is really good with a diff and I've ran 7.2s with it at the track which matches my 7.2s in the Type R.
