Hey Guys I called Rick today and left a message. I shipped out a batch of orders on the Dec 20th and 3 orders were not received out of the 12 I sent that day. I am doing everything I can with the post office right now. I will be sending a new order out with a free matched TSR 1500 pack to make up for the delays with the post office. It happens every year at this time and I do my best to fix it. The post office always say give it 30 days. I could never let a customer wait 30 days for a order they should have had in 2-3 days. The emails do not always get through to me so if anyone should ever need me please us the phone number below.

Just wanted to post the full results of my dealings with John at team Scream.
After he contacted me the first time, we've had two phone conversations concerning my order. Not only did he resend the order (the first one was lost by usps) he sweetened the pot by throwing in additional merchandice! I never asked for these things or for anything for my waiting. He offered one item, then sent two! I was just looking for another place to buy parts for my scapel. John, you've made a customer for life! I'll check you first. Thanks again for going WAY further than you had too! The rc industry needs more like you! Be Blessed, Rick
