Buying a new car and motor. need help
 

ok ive decide that i want another electric onroad car since i didnt like Nitro. right now i have a FT TC4 and 2 losi xxx-s all with the novak 3.5 brushless system installed.

What im looking for is a Car and a Motor. I want the fastest motor I can get for the money. I want something that can handle over 3s lipo and I need a Car that can handle a wicked fast Motor.

Really need Suggestions since I will be purchasing the Car and Motor Tomarrow. Thanks

I think SpeedPassion do a 2.5 but I can't think why anyone but Hara/Andy Moore etc... would want it!

Your FT TC4 could easily handle any motor that you chuck at it. Altough not to everyones taste it's a competitive car that can be driven as quickly as any of the current crop of cars. If you want a new car for the sake of it the new Tamiya 416 looks very nice as does the Xray T2 008.

I don't know whether these cars would fit your lipo though.

so your saying that the novak 3.5 is the fastest on the market? there ahs to be something that would kill the motor that i have now.

what about the mamba 5700 with 3s lipo? im building this for speeeeeeeeeed. basicly what im asking is if you had money what would you buy. i hate my tc4, i think its a POS and i do not like shaft anymore. i want a belt driven car.

try a tao5,yes its a tub chasis that will need a few mods for lipo.the mods are simpl,you take a dremil to the front of the battery mount area and remove to sit flush with the chasis and remount the screw for the battery pack on the chasisand make new battery brace,tamiya parts are cheep and good and the same everywhere,its also a belt type car
my tao5 runs lipo 540 silver can motor with final drive of 4.5-1
evo parts fit as well as trf 415,and 501 bx.the over driven front pulley on the 501bx if used all round will alter the final drive to increase the speed but at cost of excel.what is the esc voltage limit
use a ballance charger on lipo cells and you wont have a problem
