Cell master platnium

hey can any one tell me if this has 1 amp charge limit on lipos? cause ive got conflicting stories. like extreme rc cars talked as though u could charge lipo at up to 10 amps.
so can u?

muchmore SILENT platinum which can do nmh/lipo 6amps

muchmore ctx-c platium nimh 10amp, lipo 1amp
