they're the flightpower 20-30c lipo's in a hard case. people use the flightpower ones for 1/10 tc sometimes, and in planes they win competitions around the world, so go for it!

I have 2 Trakpower 4900s that I have used in my touring car and T4 and they work great. Wasn't Goggles Paesano a character from the Flinstones cartoon?

Without having used one, I can only say that they are stiffly overpriced.

Not sure why you would say that. Most places I've seen they are usually $20 less that the Orions/Peak/Core lipos and only $20 more than the Max Amps but have a hard case.

This pack is the shiz. Our Northwest Indoor series has a 10.5/lipo outlaw sedan class this year. I used it all weekend. One charger, one pack, no problemo. And I've been using it since for club nights. I keep it simple, charge at 1C, refill it between rounds and otherwise ignore it. So far it's the same as the first day I used it--40 or so cycles later. Plenty of rip, with a flat discharge curve for as long as I've run it (11 mins--I put 3900 mah back in after that run--with a 13.5 sedan.) I use an ICE charger.

I should add I am now using the balancer for it. Not that I noticed any falloff in performance before I got it. I just had the cash and feel that I'm going to be using lipo's for ever and ever since they ROCK!

Get it. Run it. Don't look back.

You must have watched a lot of cartoons as well as a kid. Fred won the Indianrockapolis 500 under that name.

Also thanks for the input on the lipo.

That is the discharge rate. The higher the number the more it can be abused

i ran a trakpower 4900 in an MF2 all summer long in our 10.5 brushless class. ran as good at the season finale as it did the first day i got it.

btw, i ran every thursday night, 2 quals and double a-mains. every other sunday, 2 quals and triple a-mains. every race day i would run 1 - 2 packs of practice. not exactly sure how many cycles that turns out to be between may and september, but it's ALOT.

i would recommend these packs to ANYBODY (as long as you can read and follow the recommended care for them).

they kick A55.

They may be cheaper than some of the competition. I'm just saying that, like so many lipos, they are overpriced.
