tips on re-wiring ESC

wanna change the wires on my Novak speedie.

have a hard time making the hol big enough to fit the wire in there. any tips on rewiring the speedie??

Remove old wires. Than heat tab/hole until solder is liquid than tap on a towel to knock out the old solder. Leaves tabs open and clean.
