Default Quantum Competition vs. Novak GT7

Hi

I'm in the market for a new ESC, and I've been looking at these two ESCs. I would like some input, possibly from owners of these, on which one I should get and how well they perform.

Thanks

I can't vouch for the GT7, but all of the Quantum Competition's I have owned have been top notch ESC's, long lasting, excellent performance. I do suggest the worlds upgrade kit for it, includes capacitors, and a heatsink, makes it run much cooler, with more power.

I would get the GT7, no one at my track has ever had any problems with it. I know some people feel that the Quantum Comp. doesn't have as much power. Your gonna get soooooo many different answers, and they're all mostly gonna be opinions of which esc people like better.

I was looking back at some older threads and I came across one about GT7s melting. I've also heard about LRPs melting.

Which esc can you trust?

I have only had the best luck with Novak's customer service, the unfortunate part was I needed it. Like I said I haven't had a GT7, but I have blown out a ton of Cyclones, and C2's, never had a prob with the Quantum though...

I've had a Novak dually in my xxx-t for a long time with no trouble. I've also have never had any trouble with my Cyclone TC. So far Novak is my favorite ESC company . "ORANGE POWERED"
