As for hitting the upper link rod end, I'll have to check when I get back to work and have a car in my hand. However, we didn't have any problems with Jaco foams. Take a picture if you can so we can help you out.

Question is did you guys use the new inch up Jaco wheel or the normal 1.9" wheel? that would definately make a difference.

Also I was looking at my friends car it seem that once the wheels where turned to full lock there was still a little slop from the position they where, and it almost seem like you would wan't to put a small spacer glued to the stering Knuckle and the c hub to stop the extra travel. Let me know if you have observed this. I can't wait any day now!!

Ok, so now I have question. I am glad to see that HPI has offered a kit designed for the racers but I am not finding any parts availble in the states and the important ones that are needed for carpet are not available at rcmodel (diff, swaybars, rear toe blocks).

Does anyone know where I can find these parts? I went ahead and ordered 2 kits so I can get this car running before Carpet Nats and I can make my own swaybars, and probably use Losi rear hubs to get the Toe right, but anyone know where these are?

75125 - 1.2 Rollbar
75126 - 1.4 Rollbar
75141 - Diff
75161 - Pivot Block 0 degree
75158 - Pivot Block 1 degree
75159 - Pivot Block 1.5 degree
75160 - Pivot Block 2.0 degree

I was able to get all those from Rainbow10 in Japan...
and don't forget to pickup the Pivot Block Spacer Set. you'll need to adjust kick-up & anti-quat/dive etc. Don't know if you really need all those Pivot blocks... the stock set-up works great.

I have never run more than 2 degrees of toe on foam carpet and I like the option to do outboard toe as well.

Does anyone make some style of metal diffs for this car yet?

Thanks for the tip on the spacers, I was going to use washers but if them make them, why not? Rainbow10 looks a little scary ordering from a excel sheet, have you had good experience with them?

So what has everyone payed for it? Here (US)and mail order from Japan? I see from Rainbow 10 it's about $405 + shipping. and Tower has it listed at $444.99 and Horizon has it for $349.99.
