What were you waiting for? I heard about what dude said some months ago. It lends some validity to the state of flux over at HPI. Makes total sense that HotBodies has catapulted because thats where all of the funds are going. Oh well. Checked on the report and it is factual.

The soft plastic ones always mange themselves.. they're either too loose, or already binding the shocks up.

Anyone interested in aluminum outdrives for the Pro 4? I got a guy who will be making them. Why should the Cyclone guys have all of the metal options. I am also checking into metal ring and pinion gears.

Has anyone been using Aluminum Bevel gear? I mean the large one inside? Are we allowed to use modified parts from other brands as a replacement for that? cause I am using an Aluminum one already, but as I have said a little modification.

I just mailed my dude some spare plastic outdrives for him to make aluminum molds out of. He states that there will be space to accomodate the blades from the Cyclone. I will have pricing for all interested.

Hey bxpitbull; yes I see the guys over here are more into real info(that`s all good).
I also see you`re ready to race. You have a Spectrum Radio.....I`m using a Futaba 2PL Radio.....Ha Ha!(It`s really not a bad radio.....it works really well. But it`s no Spectrum.)

I/we never got a chance to set-up the track at that school yard(Pitkin - Hemlock). Some parents over there said they want to keep that area just for the(their) kids to play in. I was busy working anyway.

Back to the HPI - Hot Bodies topic: -yes; their was a family problem involved.
-If you don`t believe what I`ve said; ask someone at your favorite Hobby Shop(the owner).
-HPI and Hot Bodies might be no-more soon.....(or later).

I`m putting My Pro 4 in the Classics spot.....Vintage(soon).....Ha Ha!

Take Care.

Yea Guy. I was talking to my dude over at Americas HobbyCenter and my other guy up at Fordham Hobbies in the Bronx. They indicated some time ago that things werent too peachy in HPI/HotBodies land. I looked into what you posted and pity, the marriage may be no more (and their nuptials is finito as well).
That being said, I am running my Pro4 until the wheels fall off. Bought another car on this forum for parts and I look forward to spanking those cats over at Ft Bennet field if they let Li-Po/brushless get in the mix with nitro 1/10scale.
Turn signal....got a guy that will be building aluminum outdrives for the Pro4. Giving the diffs that much more strength, I am looking to get my car "aluminized" like Tamiya did with the EVO V. Bulkheads are per demand, but the outdrives are a definate. Speaking of parts, did you get that heatsink????
In any event, keep a brother posted on the whats what. If you run nitro trucks, Gun Hill Road track is "the lick". Guys are opting to go there as oppsed to heading up to barnstormers! Yea, it's like that. Catch you in a couple.

Hey bxpitbull; I`m too scared I`ll break something on My Pro 4.(I haven`t broke anything yet on any of my R.C. Cars in over 1 Year.....I want to keep-up the none-crashing.) My Pro 4 Hara Edition is done.....Ha Ha!. . . . .(Remember I turned My Pro 4 into a Hara Edition Pro 4.....I`ve spent enough money.)

I haven`t got an Aluminum Motor Heat-Sink yet for My Pro 4. I`ve seen 2 Integy Heat-Sinks; but I`m not sure they`ll fit; so I just left it alone.
-I`m not really into Aftermarket Parts anyway.

Take Care.
