are you concerned with height or weight? I thought ride height can always be adjusted with the shocks?

Default servosaver

No , if you tighten it it wont give as much when you hit something.
It will stress the servo more.
Tightening the servosaver is not a problem if you run a quality metal gear servo, but it must have give if you still use s3003's like me! lol

The servosaver is held together by compressing the two halves together between the spring and screw collar.
When you hit something the shock of the hit overcomes the tension of the spring allowing the two halves of the s/s to slip a little so only a part of the shock is transmitted to the servo ( hence the term "servo saver").

You will see if you loosen it off and try to turn the wheels the effect, tho you may have to hold ther servo while you do it.

When yu tighten it, it will limit the amount of give it has.
You need to adjust it so it is just loose enough to give but tight enough to return to centre at the same place everytime.

gee i hope this makes sense!
cheers

geoff

Turn your wheels all the way in either direction and hold them there. Now grab ahold of your servo saver (it should be pointing in the same direction of the wheels) and push it over even further. That little 'spring' action is the 'give' they're talking about -JB

'coz of the weight of the batteries..being heavier than the electronics/motor side..the left side may end up slightly higher. as long as everything is equal when you put it on a tweak station..should be ok.

Im also looking to get a pro4. If the hara isnt out soon or can be had with option parts let me know. I decided today im going to get an electric touring car to race at nexts month race.

Also if anyone has a pro4 roller they want to sell thats in great condition or nib let me know.

no did not use the hudy balance too.. used the Hudy tweak station.
my left rear sometime is higher than the right..probably due to the battery weight.

Guo Chean

if you look at Erik, Thad or Hara's set-up sheet...

you will notice on the rear..the droop is not equal as well.
4mm left / 5mm right.

possibly due to unequal rear right height.
