Default STILL NO RESPONSE?!?

Still no response or update on which, if any, HPI team drivers will be at the 2005 Snowbird Nationals.

However, my Pro 4, no matter how I tweak it, the front portion is always tweaked unless I remove the upper deck, do you guys think making this mod (drill thru 4 holes) will eliminated my tweak problem...? Just want to hear some opinion before I wasted my upper deck, thanks........

If you're going to run indoor carpet... I suggest using the 3.0mm chassis and thicker upperdeck with the upperdeck mod to decrease any chance of tweaking

Do you run the upperdeck mod with the 3mm chassis?

Man I wish I could agree with that statement .... but, just can't. After running the car for 4 months on the carpet the stock chassis is awesome. It's already stiffer than almost all other brands. I guess I'm cheap and would rather spend extra money on good motors, tires, and batteries. They seem to make the most difference on the track for me.

take care
john

I have the BMI 3mm chassis and upperdeck w/the mod.
Haven't had the chance to run it yet...but twisting it and trying to tweak the chassis...so far it's holding...

I have the BMI chassis. It does not have the mod but, I have not not any tweaking issues. As long as I am careful when I put he top deck on, I'm OK.

Did yours come with the upper deck mod? Or, did you do it yourself?

The mod will give little bit more flex to the chassis, but thats not the reason. It is to prevent giving less chance of tweak hold.
