Default air scoops

who make and where do you get those clear plastic air scoops that i see over peoples motors? are they overly effective? could you make one that would work from the top of a coke bottle?

Ride

comes with 2 scoops in a pack (2 slightly different shapes).

I guess anything shaped like that would work.

I've seen them on eBay, do a search on "air scoop" or something like that. Costs about 5$.

Sorry, I am going to get a new one, and go from square 1 (with a bunch of square parts) but I would love to get a Cuda, if their was any parts support in my area. you have some great cars for sale, I hope they sell.

Does anyone know which Pro 4 set-up sheets on hpi's website...usa/europe/japan...are for carpet tracks using rubber tires?

Offhand the only one I know for sure is Hara's DHI race sheet...

edit...meant to say carpet using rubber tires.

Confused me..cause I thought HPI only had a kit that comes with everything?

Why you ordering a kit from Champ?... they are a pain to deal with... after shipping, Japan tax etc...the kit is roughly the same as US prices.... the US kits are selling for $269+/-

If you're in N. Cal... contact Allspeed Hobbies in Milbrae...they can give you good price and carry alot of option parts for the car.
