Default jayrodracer....

how come your getting rid of the BMI chassis? Didn't you like it? I would buy it, but I don't have a Pro 4 yet. Someday soon.

yeah i think im gonna have to buy the hpi one. the rcmaniax one, i think is nicer in that the aluminum bone part is epoxied on, however i think that the diameter being larger and it being only 1gram lighter than the hpi part would mean that it would have more rotational inertia, since most of its mass would be at a distance farther out.

so props to hpi!

Set-ups???

Has anyone got any setups or links to setups?

I am having some trouble getting my pro4 to the right balance of steering and rear grip under power...

car also tends to over steer in fast corners and understeer in slow ones with a very unpredictatable change of direction in slow corners ( car is very "darty")

It sounds like you have too much castor. Try dropping down 2 degrees and if that helps, go down 2 more to see if it improves.

I used the Hara setup from the ROAR 2004 as a baseline since I run asphalt mod.

What surface you running on? And what tires?
