I just put RPM ball end and they seem to be pretty tight..is this normal?

metric and us english measured balls do not mix..

I won't get mine til this weekend... I've had them on my other cars.. delrin diffs makes for a very strong, light, and smooth diff.

the HPI version has not been released.. you'll have to make one if you have extra diff parts.

you can..some use the Losi Spool pads without the balls and pretty much lock up the diff tight.
