So if you are really worried about tweak get a 3mm chassis. You will just have to sit down and find a whole new set-up

The Hobbytown Basse store is still in the same shopping center but they've moved to a bigger store. The racing is done at I-35 and O'Connor at the K-Mart parking lot - great drive-by traffic and a huge space to run too

www.rcmart.com have them listed on their site.
thinking about them myself
would the weight saving be anything significant?
and would they be less prone to rounding out in the hex hole than the standard ones?

The Ti screws will save you weight but if you run in any sort of sanctioned races you'll just need to add more weight in the end to bring the car up to 1500g. If your track or club doesn't weigh cars then go for it, but you'd still be better off spending your money on a good motor, new battery pack, etc.

azenis...THANKS!

Frank, you are right but I like to get the car as light as possible so that I can place the extra needed weight where I want. Not really a must just something I like to do...
