Last weekend, the car seemed hooked up in the rear on fast parts, but VERY loose coming out of the slower turns. I would guess that the wing and speed helps it stay planted at high speeds.

Any suggestions as to how to plant the rear better coming out of turns without throwing out the rest of the setup? I already raised up the front .5mm to 5/5 from 4.5/5...I thought about just disconnecting the rear bar (maybe both)...but would that really hurt the handling everywhere else?

The rest of the car is box-stock. 1.5 negative f/r, ~-1 front toe.

Any advice would be appreciated. I want a trophy. [/B]
definately remove the rear sway bars...that will surely increase rear traction.

Default Hobby People race this weekend in Riverside

Turbo Joe;

I've always had the best luck running 'Sorex' tires at the Riverside H.P. track.

If you haven't already, you might want to consider installing a Ball Diff in place of the front One-way for tracks with loose conditions.

Have any of you guys tried a spool setup in the front of your Pro4's yet? I use to run them in my Yoke SD and TC3 with good success. Was thinking of making on for my Pro4. I don't use my one way so I was going to JB weld it to make it locked all the time.

Thanks for that raving-monkey,

Car looks cool, anyone know which motor heatsink that is?

Apart from the delrin diff, it also looks like he's running some black CVD bones...wonder what those are about?

The car looks stock apart from that...just shows how well spec'ed the Pro 4 is out of the box

Motor Heatsink you can order from Integy.

Just noticed the Black CVD bones...hmmm... could be the MIPS grey anodized versions... the TC3 / or other 50mm bones is a direct fit.

Whatever they are, you'd have thought he'd have got them purpleised

I'm with Zombies on this one, I think they're more likely to be titanium.

I'm suprised he hasn't put a titanium screw set on it yet...unless those screws really are titanium under cover

Anyway, it just goes to show what an almost stock Pro 4 is capable of in the right hands...

MIP SHINY CVD bones are steal with surface treatment

Normal MIP CVD bones are steal painted black.

As far as i know, isn't ti stronger then aluminum weaker then steel, lighter then steel but heavier then aluminum?

I guess he didn't want friends..

Shiny, chrome-like finish looks pretty, and will impress everyone at the track, and will make them want to be your friend.
