Try using the Kit settings, and make sure your using the right tire/insert combo for your track. As for the Monster, try 33-35 to begin with. Of course, you will have to adjust everything based upon the track layout/conditions. Good luck

Buddah, I will be at the Reedy race to cover it, and I hope to make it in the lottery as well. I just ordered a front diff today for my Pro 4, so I think I am either going to run that or my Surikarn, but I am leaning towards the Pro 4. Do you have any ideas on setups yet? I plan on getting my testing started in a week or two here on asphalt. Also thinking of trying a spool, but I dunno if that would be better than a diff or not. We might have to see about getting an "unofficial Team Pro 4" going for the Reedy race

Hey Erik, shoot me an e-mail garykatzer@rcdriver.com .

What brand springs fit on the Pro4? I have some Losi XXXS, A lot of Xray and Associated. But thats it.

Also-I asked this before-but no reply-can the outdrives handle mod action or will they snap or break from say 8x1 and 9x2s? if not-I'll order a bunch of outdrives.

Thanks all.

Also, do you have to run metal outdrives to run mod like in the AE car? I hope not

Ray, I've heard AE springs are a REAL tight fit on those shocks, but Losi work really well.

xray springs are a good fit, sits nicely on the spring holders while only about 1mm longer. i'm using those as well...

Ray...i have yet to run my car with any mod in it.....I will run at least a 19t this weekend. Maybe David Joor can chime in here and say what he noticed when he ran mod at the nats last weekend or when hes run it at home? The outdrives look alot like losi ones and are stiff....so they might hold up well....better so far then TC3 plastic ones.

I would bet they'd hold up pretty well between the hard plastic, and the diff rings.

I was doing pretty well.
This car is really quick out of the corners compared to my xxx-s!

i got a movie coming up.. I did get 2 somewhat nasty flips but the knuckle broke in a lighter tab with the boards...

I ran a 19T in mine at Road Rage for 4-6 packs, no visiable wear.
