just an update. Finally raced the pro4 today. Really impressed on its first outing. It does need some fine tuning though since I ran out of time during the day to try things. I can say lap times and average are just as fast as my TCXX, and have laptimes to back it up too! Handling between the two cars feel different. My TCXX feels very safe to drive and the pro4 I had to drive it on the edge to get good times. I think the only cons for me are rarity of parts and the ball diffs. Does anyone want to hook me up with a spare car and/or parts? please

Time to bring this thread back to the top. The Pro 4 is a great spec class chassis. I love this car

I just acquired a pro 4 for cheap....did I make a mistake? Looks like everyone jumped ship ages ago lol....Planning on doing some VTA racing with it...If anyone is still using this chassis, what parts should I stock up on due to breakage and most importantly, can I even gear down to a 3.5 or 4 FDR? I would search but there's 1000+ odd pages to siphon through

76spur 64p should get you in the ball park of those ranges. Ball diff parts, front spools, front steel axles, crown gears and diff gears. After that the usual suspension parts from cyclone, TC, TCX, TCXX. They all share most of the suspension parts.
