Default option parts! (ball diff)

good day guys!

just asking if anyone tried to put a ball diff from ABCHOBBY genetic kit to your PRO4??? I saw someone put a spool from pro 4 in their Genetic kit, i just dont remember what site it is and it so hard to find pro4 ball diff here in manila.

if that balldiff (ABCHobby Genetic kit) wont fit... what other kit's balldiff would you like to suggest that fit/

or how about the HPI CUPRACER's ball diff?

many thanks!!!

well, currently drifting an pro4,
bought off teamwtf, great car, great seller
i used to have a tamiya evo 3 shurikarn (till a bastard stole it),
and by far this is the nicest car ive owned, and one of the nicest ive drifted.
suits my style perfectly (used to run a front oneway, so aggressive entry relying on steering more then throttle. and the precise steering on these cars are incredible)

anyway, figured id bump this thread and see if anyone has advice for running these cars, anything i need to watch that breaks/wears easily . any advice on set-up like weighting the front (first car was a sprint 2, loved it but it needed a serious rebuild, and parts at that time were hard to get and cost as much as buying the evo. but to the point, under-steered and drifters added weights to the front to solve this problem, think the cyclone has it as-well)

cheers guys

The Pro4 drifts great doesn't it.

Best changes i've done to mine are.
1/ Remove the one-way
2/ Remove the ARB's (sway bars)
4/ Fit soft springs

Car now drifts consistently and very well.

I'm paid to say it but I love mine! Lipo chassis and shaft drive is like an unfair advantage in the non boost classes

We just recently won a 3 hour enduro, and I also almost TQ'd the King of Cal race going up against 30 other cars with my Pro4. Not bad for the oldest car on the track
