Actually, they are going to race them as just a 1/10th pan car class. A few guys are going to bring out there pans and adrian and i are going to try the new cars out and do some more testing. We are running 4 cell 19 turn for the class. I think that we will do a small production run and see how they sell.

That's a cool looking 200mm pan car. Since nobody races a 1/10th pan car around here I am going to lipo'ize my RC10L3-T with a mild brushless. Should be fun to play with at the local carpet track.

The 1/10th pan cars are tanks. More than once I launched mine into the wall at the end of the straight when I cut the road domes to close. Only thing I ever broke was the t-plate.

One suggestion, if feasible, is to put the big plastic bumper from the 10L3-T kit on the front. It tucks under the body and really protects the front end.

I never liked touring car because I was not a good enough driver to keep from tapping the boards every now and then and breaking. Also didn't like the maintenance and the setup. If tracks could somehow get newbies into 1/10th pan as opposed to touring car I bet the class would take off again.

If you do make one I would like one. Or better yet, I can order another DBR12 and you can throw in the chassis plate and brace for the shock assembly. I sure there are others in FL that would like to see more 1/10 pan cars running.

My only complaint with pan cars, was that after a while,it got WAY to technical, with these MICRO adjustments on teh car to stay competetive.... we broke a lot of rear axles but only on speedways, indoor, t plates and the 10l front arms got broken a lot, no biggie....

Hurry up and get working on them...I;ve sold a few things and have the cash ready...

Nothing like 200mm pan car, especially like the one Jason is making which is like the 1/12 BMI car...new tech, new look, modern and cutting edge...my Lipos and 10.5BL are gonna be happy

I would like to buy one if you decide to produce them.

If you make some wheel adapters I'll buy them... Just drill them to fit 2, 3 and 4 hole hubs....

Jason- Coral Springs RC Club in Coral Springs, FL have about 6-7 guys running 1/10 pan cars already, and we'd love to try out your awesome kits. You make them and we'll support you. Pan cars are fun to drive and easier to set up than TC's, and less expensive to run and maintain. Great for beginners...

I believe this would take off. Not to water down the TC scene, but rather to give certain people the option they are looking for. I, for one, am branching out beyond TC because I enjoy driving different vehicles. Besides, 1/12 pan is great for small to medium tracks, but they look silly and are hard to see on some of the bigger tracks. 1/10 pan would solve that nicely and uses many of the same components, both electrical and mechanical.

Jason, make 'em!
