is there a diffrence between the normal capacitor and the ones novak/lrp make???

novak/lrp charge way too much if its the same

is there a diffrence between a power capcitor and a normal capacitor?????
or are they the same??

so in conclusion is it better to use 10,000 uf or 2 4700's????
