doesn't anyone else seem that the heavy brushless motors are putting too much rear bias on the car ?

any help appreciated

Which motor do you run. It should not be heavier than a brushed one...

Yes in the 416 it fits perfectly, I've been running one in mine for the last month & it's working beautifully.....

Which size are the 3 hole pistons used on the 416?
1.1mm or 1.0mm

Thanks

What gets me is the 20c.25c.28c?? Im not understanding this?
Ive read that the higher the number the better punch is this correct?
But demon claim that it doesnt mean a thing when running 19t?
So guys out there that run 19t what do you think?
I know this is the 416 thread.but 415 now the 416 thread has always been the best for sensible informative knowledge.
O a good note my funds have increased of late so i maybe be joining the 416 brigade
Thing is though now i have some money i dont know where there is one?please pm me with a link if you are in the know
Thanks
It's not a huge difference, but your thinking is correct, the higher C ratings mean the pack can deliver more current at any time, so a 25 or 28C pack DOES have more punch than a 20C pack(& I've verified it with my Orion 3200 20C pack & my SMC 5000 28C, the SMC can match any NiMh pack I've ever had, but the Orion 3200 can't quite keep up, on my home track it's about a .2-.3 sec. difference per lap, & that's on a short track, may be more on bigger tracks, but the 3200 is ideal for my Tamiya Mini)......

Thanks Grizbob just what i wanted to hear. Now erm where can get some?
MR ed hows delivery to you from the states? Does the customs officer get you evertime or are things different on the isle ?
If customs are good your way maybe we could do a goodsized order between us to obtain some discount through shared shipping etc.I,ll pay for them all upfront! Then have them all shipped to you.You take your share of the smc batts then send me payment through paypal and then ship the remaining to me???
just a thought if interested pm me and we can maybe sort something out later in the week?

Well, I'm not sure how much help I can be on that one, since I live in the US, but have you tried Nexxus Racing or ExPress Motorsports? They both sell the SMC packs at a decent price, though I don't know how well they ship overseas(or IF they do). Might be worth a look though.....

CraigM there have been a lot of people saying that the original C hubs are weak but I am still on the original ones that came with the car and I have had some pretty big hits at Fairy Meadow and at Tempe, so they seem okay to me.

OK so I just wanted to check I've got the short arms right now... The attachment is the rear left if viewed from above, the front of the car is the top. The shock is mounted in the hole on the red line, which is the 2nd hole in counting from the hub, correct?
