front roll centre: 6mm on bulkhead
rear roll centre: 3mm on bulkhead, 2 or 3mm on knuckle.

The separated mounts are for rear-front front-rear blocks. The extra holes for them have drilled on the chassis since 415 MRE. All 416 have the extra holes in the chassis.

The holes in the middle shock tower is positioned a half hole inwards compared to stock towers. So they are inbetween the stock holes and that is what the name refers to.

Snap on covers ? I've seen some stickers made to do that sort of thing buy nothing that snaps on. I'd love to see them.

Don;t hold your breath... the mounting holes were on the 415MSXX...

I used them to screw XRay weights to the chassis.

Oh, you mean the extra holes by the suspension blocks... ala Hb Cyclone and Yokomo BD.

I imagine they'd have to be the same mounts as the TA05 ver.2 was designed for, which means 2 holes per side. And I'd also imagine that we'd either have to drill the extra holes in the 416's chassis plate ourselves, or Tamiya may offer to sell a new chassis with them incorporated.....

Thanks for that. I wonder why they don't have all the holes on the one tower. Guess they sell more towers that way...
