Check your hardware.. You might have a bent screw.

Does anyone know if the stock TC5 or Parma bumper fit the 416/Evo5 without too many mods? Just looking for a little more protection than the Tamiya ones. Thanks.

The ti screws are 25g lighter than steel, but you shouldn't use them on the front-rear block. Even with steel these will still bend, and if they don't the block will. Use longer screws if you aren't already, and stay off the boards

Guys,

I used to have spool cup breakages hence I changed to 46mm swing shaft on the front but I find it'll slow down my car.

Is this true?

Thanks

It increases chatter, which will cause you to lose a little steering. I think I only ever broke 2 spool cups when using the 44mm vs none when I used the 46mm

I broke NONE with the 46mm but the suspension travel seems funny. I'm running 6mm (F) 5mm (R) downstop setting.
