On the Team Magic set up station my current setup reads on 3.5mm toe already (xa & e) so this it will be alot closer to 4mm toe.

actually john to be pedantic.. the very first 415 (TAM58320) came with the 414/TA04 style suspension, which did have the 1150 bearings, which is what I was refering to in my post
All the cars from the MS (TAM49349) onwards with the Lwt reversible suspension had the 950's.
The castor blocks etc are all the same as on the 416, 05IFS-R and TB03. All the different suspension types can get confusing...
TRF414 (and derivatives), TRF415, TA04, TBEvo3, TA05 - 1150 bearings, non reversable arms
TRF415 (MS, MSX, MRE, MSXX & MSXX MRE07), TBEvo4 (& MS), TA05 R & MS - LWT reversible, 950 bearings
TA05 IFS - LWT reversible, 950 bearings, but with 416 style castor blocks
TBEvo5 - Short LWT reversible, 950 bearings
TRF416 - LWT reversible, 1050 bearings
TRF416WE, TA05 IFS-R, TB03 IFS, TBEvo5MS - Short LWT reversible, 1050 bearings
The only thing you need with the suspension set is dogbones, which given the myraid of options in the tamiya world (48mm, 46mm, 44mm, 42mm) to suit different cars (such as the TA05, TB03, 415, 416, evo5 etc) is probably a wise idea. Nothing else is needed.
I only suggest running the 42's on the rear to avoid any chance of the blade hitting the diff nut, otherwise you can stick with the 44's and just clear.

yea, Ed's pretty well spot on with that info, other than leaving out the 50mm cvd bone option from the F201. had to use those long ago when using the old Yokomo diff in the front, before there was an optiong for a spool, or even a factory made diff.
your MSXX might have had those gold colored lightweight axles, might be the difference.
have owned most all those up to the IFS/TB03 stuff. havent really tried those yet.

Gold axels ? Ti- tri nitrated coated hinge pins yes... blue alum. cvd,s rear , black metal fronts. I bought the titaniun axels... wow what a difference ! Almost no rotating mass.. w/o tired of course . LOL I tricked that friggin thing out . I should keep it and run it T/A style if they'd let me.
And I totally miss my R32..... never shoulda sold it!

haha, Damn, someone actually remembers me! haha. I haven't raced since April! My car has been sitting on the self, and I haven't even unpacked my stuff since April! But I have been reading here off and on. And I did get excited to see the servo horn! haha. Right now (or back in April), I ran the aluminum horn and spring set from uhh.... damn, who made it... uhhh, some hk or jp company. Speed something, But anyways, it had a lot of slop in it. So I superglued it all together. No more slop! It's almost like running a direct servo horn, but it will give under a crash.
Anyways, I've been busy here with college and playing with my real car. Getting too cold for asphalt racing. Maybe I'll make it out early next year. I do need to cycle my SMC lipo packs. It'll be a good long term storage test to see how they have held up to 7months of storage with no use.
Well it's good to see some of the same ole Tamiya supporters here, as well as a few boneheads! haha
