Did you guys try the extra ackerman on tuesday night?
Besercoe the extra ackerman felt good. The car definitely turned tighter especially mid-corner. Still had a tiny bit of push on exit which I want to dial out. Then I switched from White/Blue to HPI Blues all round and the car gained a bit of steering again. The HPI springs feel a little softer initially and I felt it gave the car a touch more grip. I stood the shocks up by one hole all round for the final to dial out some of the extra roll but the car just wasn't as fast. Next meet, I will lean the shocks back down. I will also try the split "rear upper deck" which I hope will soften the rear a tad.

the blue might just have been too soft, try silver or even gold.

it seems to be out of fad but i ran some anti squat at the mm and it helped with rotation.

Yes that did cross my mind as well - it worked well on the 415 too. Did you run 0.5mm/0mm or 1mm/0.5mm?

Ed, I must be missing something.
I saw a setup from you somewhere, for medium grip track, using a one-way. It was a pdf-file, as usual filled in in red text ... but i can't find it now and I wanted to give it a go this evening.
COuld you pass a new link?

What about Pinks? they are between the blues and silvers... worth a punt if you want slightly stiffer

Low_E, the only ones I can think of are this http://www.thard.co.uk/download/file.php?id=4&mode=view and thishttp://www.thard.co.uk/download/file.php?id=5&mode=view

Hi Ed, thx for the reply, but no it wasn't one of those. I must have clicked on one of the 100 earlier pages by mistake within this thread and must have seen an older setup ...

ANyway, I tried the Jilles Groskamp-setup, and it went BEAUTIFLY! (with tyre-product on fulle R tyre and half F tyre.

I'l try to adapt this setup to a drive it with a One-way dough, as I prefer to drive One-way and will be competing in a 27T-class, where you can use all the speed you can get out of your chassis

Also, since it was not mentioned in Jilles's set-up, I guessed and used only 2mm as Front Upper Arm spacer. I'll test some more with this setting as I see most drivers around here using a 5mm-spacer in the front.

hi guys, racing tonight and i think i reverse polarity the battery..i thought the speedo was dead but it turns out to be the battery, the last few weeks ive had problems with the car shutting down but i cant help wonder if it was battery related...has anyone blown a orion lipo coz of a short or could it be my battery developed and internal fault...do you rekon the orion importer would do anything to help me out??? ive put a volt meter over the pack and the neg side is dead pos side is 4 volt...

also i cant keep the car planted on the carpet, primafelt, i was expecting good things but i just cant get it to work, when i apply thottle the rear just kicks out a little so im always trying to catch it and also when i come into a fast corner off power it starts to do the same, i was told to run weight up front ie in the bumper as this is meant to help with the car wanting to throw the rear round, but it still want to kick it out...i might to back to the victor dhi setup and start again...does anyone have any good tip on that setup or anyothers that might help me out...

I've heard that Orion had trouble with 3800 lipos which is supposedly why the price has been dropping on those packs.
