Hey Jon,

Have a look here http://www.thard.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=33

Tam blue is around 14lb, Tam Yellow 13.3lb. I take it this is for the snake you picked up

I'm not too sure at the moment, I rolled my ankle on the way to work this morning so now I'm lying in bed icing it. Provided I can walk I'll come down yeah. Are you doing the muchmore masters this weekend?

Default Fans on motor or speede

I have just recently started running my 416 outdoors with at 10.5 brushless. I had 2 thermal shut downs today and I kept gearing down 2 teeth at a time until I finally finished (and won) the 3rd heat. My questions is, I am running no fans, should I be running fans? If so does anyone have suggestions on how to mount them?

Thanks

what brand of ESC do you use???
IMO, you should usie fans on your ESC..because with BL system the ESC generate more heat than the motor..and ESC's Fans is a MUST HAVE ITEM on ESC..

Hi Guys

We have an event on this weekend, running on a dirty shitty low grip track, in temps of only 15 deg celcius, and some moron chose a control tire as a Sweep 36, what sort of setup, tire prep would you suggest to run?

Had a run on Sunday and the car was like a drift car.

you'd be looking at 15/83 in 48dp. That sounds a bit tall though, I run 9.4 with my orion 3.5

I would use Buggy Grip, put on a wet coat, wipe off with a rag to get all the crap off the tire. After that, put on a normal coat every 5 min. Do at least 4 coats.

I have just moved from 17.5 indoor racing to 10.5 outdoor racing and I did not have a fan on the speedo. The speedo is a novak gtb, I will try to get a fan on it for next week.

Thanks

Soon to be released: Tamiya Suspension Mounts (TRF416/TB-03 Style) in all widths (from 1XD till 1F). Insanely great!

Also some spare parts will get a normal SP/OP number. 44mm Steel swing shafts will be also available soon.

Wow, that IS good news. I'm glad I waited to buy the suspension mounts, I was hoping they'd release them in the 416 style. Steel 44mm shafts will a welcome change as well.

Do the little "top hat" pieces that go into the c-hubs and support the steering knuckles have their own part number? The one I ordered only came with the short piece, and had a weird ball stud that was a combo of the two pieces. I can't seem to find the longer one anywhere.
