XRAY T4F 20 details and information
Did anyone know or have any XRAY T4F 20 #300201 details and information. I saw some place already can do the preorder. But nothing shows on xray official website. Thx.

I am looking for the T4F 20. All I saw is 19. That's why I try to ask if anyone have any details and information.

Is there a reason why almost every Xray car gets a new thread for every year model that eventually gets swept under the rug

This will probably be a copy of something?

The 2021 car is a mid-motor frontie based on the T4 2020 platform.

I guess that this makes my original T4F obsolete. It looks like I will relegate it to basher status as parting it out won't be financially beneficial. I know that the new car will be an improvement. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't sell it sooner, when it had more value.

I'm still not convinced this architecture is better than front motor on most of surfaces... But you should check the conversion kit from RC Carbonstore for T4F

Will this be allowed in ETS? I ask this because Awesomatix has/had an issue with ETS and apparently they were not allowed to enter because of the rules like simplicity and FF (front motor, front drive) layout. X-Ray seem to follow Awesomatix's path and will probably create a new "FWD" class. Honestly, as an FF fan, I find it odd that they push designs like this (mid motor) for the FWD class but is actually more effective in the 4WD chassis for the obvious reason of balanced traction and weight distribution for better CG. But for a FWD car, I believe that the FF is still the most effective and cost efficient way. I've seen the AM car and it's funny to see that they created a FWD car with a mid-motor layout then pile lots of brass weights up front for traction compensation. It's quite contradicting for both the design and the purpose. I believe X-Ray should keep the T4F 19 and do another improved FF car instead of completely replacing it. Because this mid-motor FWD could just be a fad or trend and may become obsolete sooner. Well, let's see.
